In around 50% of cases we are able to provide free advice that gives the caller a specific way forward that does not involve referral to one of our business units.
If we do recommend you use one of the solutions offered by our business units we will be clear on what that service will cost you – in most cases our business unit will provide a specific fixed quote so you know what it will cost, what we will do for you and what will be the potential savings.
